Before use, ensure your trimmer is disconnected from any charging device. Only use it in the shower if your specific model is labeled as waterproof. Use it as normal and allow gentle running water to rinse away trimmed hair. Avoid strong water pressure, as prolonged exposure may damage the device. After use, dry it with a soft cloth and let it air dry completely before charging.

Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping. Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Tracking details are provided once your order ships (where available).

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Report damaged or incorrect items immediately upon arrival. Personal care items, customized products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

EU customers are entitled to a 14-day legal cooling-off period.

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
